For more than 30 years, Ms. Gary has led successful initiatives in business operations, organizational transformation, quality assessment, performance improvement, and high-level business development. She is a recognized expert in uncovering and developing organizational opportunities, energizing staff, building partnerships, inspiring loyal clients, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
As a skilled communicator to all stakeholder levels, she identifies initiatives to align organizations in reaching higher levels of collaboration, effectiveness, and overall impact to support their mission and realize organizational vision.
Ms. Gary's experience at the senior management/executive level has been in small, mid-, and very large organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
